Black spots on 4 months old baby tongue
My 4 months old baby has black spot on his tongue. Is this a cause of concern ? How do I clean it ? Attaching images.

These are mainly fungal infection because of bottle fed babies.
Stop bottle - it's going to be cleared.

It is a fungal infection over the tongue. Wipe it with your finger and clean as much as possible. Apply candid mouth paint twice a day for few days. It's a common problem and quite easily treatable
