?peri oral dermatitis
Please don't go for any peel as it irritates your skin, you can go for cutisoft cream morning and picon1% cream for 2-3weeks & after 3 weeks once itching comes down you can use biluma cream (skin lightening cream)twice daily on around the lips and nose.
Please post photos of the problematic area so that we can tell you accurately what should be done for that.
