hi,
upside of teeth is a little misguiding..
there are two conditions..
one is decay..(cavity)which causes black marks..
second is tartar (calculus) which is deposited near gums..
both can look black.
so the treatment differs according to condition.
if it is caries..it needs to be filled soon..
if tartar..only cleaning will suffice..
