Have a lot of black heads on my nose.dat just dont go away.have tried different types of face wash and home remedies.but nothing works

Use tretinoin 0.025% cream at bedtime for 1 hr and wash it off. Wash your face with salicylic acid cleansers twice daily. If there is no improvement chemical peels can be tried upon later.
