Bitten by dog
A sick dog had bitten me very severely 8 places on my foot in June 2018. That time I have taken 4 vaccine in govt hospital. And two ravishield injections on my wound one day and then the other day. Then after four month one dog bitten me by caring food from my hand and no wound there. Then I have also taken two vaccine in govt hospital. I am worried about whether rabbits present in my body due to that sick dog bite because that was bitten me very deeply and severely what I will do. Is there any test to determine whether rabbies germs present in my body or not

Hello, as per your clinical history is concerned you have taken injection so there is nothing to be worried at all and no further investigation is required at all. Every time check whether biting animal dies within 10 days or not and if alive then no injection will be required at all,but you can take TT for it. Hope that helps and wish you a good health
