My wife is on lithium 300 OD, Lurasidone 40, Lamotrigine 100 OD,and Trinicalm Plus sos,since last 5 months, whenever she lives in her mother's house,she is absolutely normal,but whenever she comes to my home,she gets highly fluctuated moods, sometimes get very depressed,and some time gets over confident,and getting very short tempered...I m very confused about her treatment and its management because of our son is only 2 yrs old...Old guide me for the best treatment and management.
