Biopsy - 10% of vol cores
Sir, My father has frequent urine problem so we have done his blood, MRI, n TRUS prostatic biopsy done in which Gleason 3+3 adenocarcinoma tumor occupies 10% of volumes of cores is the report. Other section shows benign prostatic tissues.Please suggest best option for the same. His PSA is 15.01 currently.

You havnt mentioned about his othee medical illness. What about the MRI report? Is bone scan done? Options include going for radical prostatectomy or radiotherapy. But I feel active surveillance is also an option bcz his age is 74 and only 10% cores are involved.
