Bilateral spondylolysis at L5
Today in my scan report it was mentioned as Bilateral spondylolysis at L5 with grade 1 anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 Can I know what is this mean and is this major concern to worry about?

Anterolisthesis refers to forward slip of L5 vertebra over the vertebra below i.e S1. Grade 1 means it is very mild.
Next Steps
If you don't have any neurological symptoms like, pins and needle sensation or numbness of foot or weakness of legs etc. we can wait and watch.
Health Tips
Go for good physiotherapy and back and core strengthening exercises. You can use lumbosacral belt for acute pain if it is there.
