Hi there .it seems he will need orthodontic treatment i.e.use braces to close the gaps the treatment usually takes 1and half year but a final decision can be arrived at only by having a look at your brothers teeth .also knowing his age is important .consult an orthodontist he will guide you better . yellow discolouration can be caused due to accumulation of food debries and tartar .cleaning of teeth via a procedure called scaling will help reduces the yellowish colour .

Hello . Gaps can be cured by different ways . 1 . Orthodontic treatment. 2 . Smile designing where we place veeners or crowns on your natural teeth and give them a desired look . Now treatment choice depends on your age and budget . Smile designing is an expensive treatment but gives faster and better results . Orthodontic treatment would take around 1.5 yrs where we place braces on the teeth and close the gap slowly . You would have to come every month to the clinic where doctor will tighten the braces to close the gaps . Where as smile designing is a week long treatment. 1)Cost orthodontic treatment would range from 25000 to 60000. 2)Smile designing would start from 500000 .
