My son is 15 months old and weighs 10.5 kg. I am giving him cows milk from local vendor when available and pasteurized milk packets when cow's milk is not available. I would like to know which is best cow's milk or the pasteurized milk available in packets or milk powders? Would also like to know whether alternating between these will affect him?

First of all, you should focus on proper diet for your kid. Milk should not be more than 500 ml. If you want to give milk, try to prepare it with cereals. So that your kid will get proper meal.

First choice- Powder (stage 3 or 4)
2nd - pasteurised milk (single toned)
3rd - cow's milk.
Anyways milk should not be given more than 500 ml in a day.
