Belt after C section
I had a C section 2 months back.
I want to know if the abdomen belt or girdle will help in reducing tummy and make the muscles firm?
How long can I use the belt.?
Also can i expect uterus to contract to normal state by now?

Hello.
The Uterus returns to the normal size in around 4 - 6 weeks.
So by now should definitely have happened.
No need for abdominal belt. It will only give mental satisfaction and support, not help with muscle tightening.
