Hello,, in your situation exercise is only solution which will redistribute your belly fat from stomach and makes you gain muscles and look fit. Please be consistent with exercise. Join a gym. If you can't go gym one day you can do push-ups, sqautes, bench press, jogging, skipping, at home on that day which has the same effect as gym.
