Bell's palsy
I had Bell's palsy 2 years ago . I took physiotherapy, medicine but yet not recovered fully .. now Swelling on non Bell's palsy side of cheek it feels like heaviness on non Bell's palsy side.. I don't know what it is Bell's palsy, trigeminal neurologia, or RHS ??? I feel my good side puffy , heavy.. , non BP cheek is more thicker than BP cheek... What it could be? I feel like my whole face pulled to non Bell's palsy side.. please help what should I do to fix this problem? * Attached photo*

Hi yes it seems like the trigeminal nerve could be involved on the other side as you are reporting loss of sensations. Pls consult for further details
