Hi now a days am feeling lot of pain in my back side of my neck regularly even after taking pain killers.earlier I had a habit of smoking do you want me to better get a check up on oral Cancer and all is it the symptoms of that ?

Hello there. First of all, basic questions, what is your age? Since when have you been smoking? How many cigarettes per day? Yes i would like you to get it checked out but with an orthopedician and not a oncologist. Before jumping to cancer for anything, basic things need to be ruled out. It could be due to wrong posture/ calcium and vit D3 deficiency/ spondlylosis etc. Get your self checked out by a orthopedician in person. Best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
