Is it necessary to visit the dentist every 6 months for teeth cleaning? I never had any problem, but even after regular brushing my teeth are not clean enough.
And Is it possible to develop some dental problem while getting basic teeth cleaning?

Intervals between two successive cleaning procedures depends on your gums health, disease history, oral hygiene habits etc. So if you are unable to maintain a reasonable degree of hygiene as per your dentist then perhaps you do come in the category of people who need to get cleanings done at shorter intervals.

It is not necessary to visit every six months for cleaning if ur cleaning habits is good . Tooth decay has many reasons like depends on ur diet , saliva consistency and proper cleaning and flossing . If u vist to dentist he will aware u if any small problem is starting .
Hi there ...it's not always "necessary" but certainly advised for better oral hygiene maintainance because dentist will clean those areas and those deposits which you cannot clean it by yourself...
There will not be any problem after this regular cleaning ... If there are lot of deposits over your teeth, then may be after cleaning you might feel some mobility in some of your teeth...but that's normal...physiological which will subside on its own by next morning...
Take care ..!!
Yes it is recommended to get the teeth cleaning done once every 6 months or at least once a year...
Because plaques and tartar deposits can lead to periodontal disease and at the end mobile teeth..
And it is very safe procedure..
You can go for it without any doubt...
U need to visit a dentist for a checkup once every six months but scaling is required once every year...as far as brushing is concerned you need to do the right technique of brushing than the type of brush or paste...and interdental cleaning should be done with the help of floss or interdental brushes which your dentist can guide you..As far as dental problems scaling is always beneficial not harmful but it should not be too frequent..once a year professional cleaning is required..
