Hello there, BXO is also called lichen sclerosus which is an inflammatory dermatosis of unclear etiology. So unclear meaning, it is idiopathic and is not known to medical field about the causative factors. There is a proper treatment in Homeopathy because we don't go by the symptoms of the disease, rather we go by the symptoms and various factors described by the patient. We can definitely give you palliation if not cure.
Next Steps
I can't comment on surgical methods but glansectomy is usually done. It might or might not help your situation. Take a proper decision.
