Hello. There is probably a ln error in your digestive metabolism. Eat at correct time. 8am 1pm and 8pm for breakfasts, lunch and dinner respectively. Don't eat in a hurry. Chew the food properly before gulping. Take hingwastaka churna 1tsp with melted ghee before food twice daily followed by hot water sipping. Drink lukewarm water along with food. Medicines available at Ayurveda stores.
Eat rt kind of food,avoid big daals,,oily stuff..potato..etc..Exercise regularly. .eat in time..sleep enough..Keep mouth closed while eating to minimise aerophagy..Keep stress at minimum. Make a list of food items which cause 'gas'formation in u.Avoid them.U can take TAB SOOKTYN 2tabs times daily..(Ayurvedic tabs)
