Namaste Practo User,
It seems you have developed a chronic sinus problem in Ayurveda which can be dealt with proper diet and some medicine.
First thing to be done is that buy a bottle of castor oil the( edible one )which you have to instill 2 drops of lukewarm oil in your both nostrils at bedtime and and morning after using washroom .
Secondly you should go for some yoga practices like anulom vilom , kapalbharti and Pranayama which will ease in further blockages and would help in developing immunity to resist such kind of chronic diseases.
Thirdly you should try not to consume excessive dairy products at night or after sunset and also you should avoid use of fridge chilled water .
If problem persists after a week of this use you need to visit an Ayurvedic physician for proper diagnosis of the disease with Nadi Pariksha and feel free to contact for any further assistance .
