Bad circadian sleep rhythm
Hello! I have a very bad sleeping pattern. I can’t sleep before 7 am and have to get up soon within an hour or two atmost..tried a lot to fix but nothing helps, it’s driving me crazy..I can’t concentrate, I can’t recall things, I forget very soon and very easily, I’m not at all happy, all I have are suicidal thoughts each night..plz reply, thanks

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Any sleep related disorders are due to anxiety or anxious thoughts happening in your mind. With this impact , obviously negativity will  over rule your mind and causes lack of interest, tiredness, nervousness.,lack of appetite and many more trouble to your body and mind.
