There can be various reasons for bad breath. If your gums are one of the reasons, you would require cleaning of your teeth and use of medicated mouthwash for about a week. A clinical examination by a dentist would be the best advice to you.

There are many reasons for bad breath and only a clinical examination can narrow down to the correct cause in your case and definitive treatment plan can be devised thereafter..... if you brush regularly then probably the brushing technique also needs to be corrected about which dentist will be the right person to guide you.... Regards......
Bad breath can be caused by local as well as general diseases. Local causes being decayed teeth or diseased gums. Other systemic conditions like diabetes, stomach problems, kidney disorders could also cause bad breath. Pls visit a dentist to evaluate the cause of bad breath after which treatment can be planned.
