But 2 month ago i sufferred from same problem again he said i had gingivitis so he advised me cleaning process so i followed that got my mouth cleaned by the dentition. That solved my problem for some time but now i am sufferring from it again. I am thinking it might be due to GERD ie bad breath due to stomach reflux so what i do now??

Hi Apart from bad oral hygiene, halitosis (bad breath) occurs from so many other reasons like diabetes, poorly fitting dental appliances, dental caries, fungal infections, respiratory tract infections, some medicines, chronic acid reflux etc. The medical condition dry mouth (also called xerostomia) also can cause bad breath. Saliva is necessary to moisten the mouth, neutralize acids produced by plaque, and wash away dead cells that accumulate on the tongue, gums, and cheeks. If not removed, these cells decompose and can cause bad breath. Dry mouth may be a side effect of various medications, salivary gland problems, or continuous breathing through the mouth. 1. Practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Brush teeth after you eat (keep a toothbrush at work or school to brush after lunch). Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Use floss or an inter dental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. Rinse with an antibacterial mouthwash twice a day. 2. See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. 3. Stop smoking and chewing tobacco-based products. Ask your dentist for tips on kicking the habit. 4. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) or sucking on candy (preferably sugarless) also stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria. Gums and mints containing xylitol are best. 5. Keep a log of the foods you eat. If you think they may be causing bad breath, bring the log to your dentist to review. Similarly, make a list of the medications you take. Some drugs may play a role in creating mouth odors. You must see a good gastroenterologist if you feel you are suffering from Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. Some of the symptom of GERD....usually feels like a burning chest pain beginning behind the breastbone and moving upward to the neck and throat. Many people say it feels like food is coming back into the mouth leaving an acid or bitter taste. All the best !!

You must consult a Physician to find out if you have any Gastric problems including GERD (Acid Reflux). Avoid spicy and Oily food until you do so. If you have crooked teeth or wrongly arranged teeth this can cause excess Tartar buildup and food accumalation, which can also lead to bad breath.
Next Steps
Please make sure you visit the dentist every 3 months, atleast, for a Scaling. Brush your teeth regularly and use a mouth wash containing Chlorhexidine.
Health Tips
use Coconut Oil to wash your mouth for 30 seconds (Gargling) everyday twice, This is known as "Oil Pulling". Try to use Sugar free Chewing gum (which does not contain Xylitol) during the day. If you have Smoking , Drinking Alcohol or Tobacco chewing habits please stop this habit immediately.
