Hello, bad breath could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your deep scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily. Night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Just visit your dentist and get professional cleaning /scaling of your teeth. Use of chlor-hexindine mouthwash after meals is also helpful.

Many times just brushing twice is not sufficient. Use tongue cleaner to clean tongue which may be potential source of debris giving bad breath. Also use interdental tooth brush after meals to remove food stuck in between two teeth which cant be cleaned by normal brush. Also visit physician to rule out extrraoral cause of bad breath like gasric problem liver disfunction or upper respiratory track infection.
