Many times just brushing twice is not sufficient. Use tongue cleaner to clean tongue which may be potential source of debris giving bad breath. Also use interdental tooth brush after meals to remove food stuck in between two teeth which cant be cleaned by normal brush. Also visit physician to rule out extrraoral cause of bad breath like gasric problem liver disfunction or upper respiratory track infection.
