Bacterial overgrowth

Can we treat Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth(SIBO) without any antibiotics? May be just by reducing stress, excercise and yoga, diet control. I have been diagnosed but didn't see any improvement after taking rifagut 550 mg

It seems you have been suffering from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Reducing stress, doing exercise and Yoga are of help. definitely. You should continue doing the same. SIBOFIX as antibiotic you have already tried and vibact DS as improving bacterial growth can be of some help. You should get adequate sleep for about 7-8 hrs daily to improve your immunity as well. It will be better if you can consult your family physician with relevant reports and papers and seek guidance for further management.
