Bacterial infection in pe
After sex for I found bacterial infection in my penis, whtite particles are on the top of my penis . difficult to pull my foreskin. It has been 1 & half month . I am taking flucanozol. Candid ointment. Oflaxacin .still not cure fully. I am in depression thinking about aids. Is it a big problem?

Hello there...I can understand your concern. Aids doesn't manifest like that. But it is important for most common stds like hiv 1&2, vdrl, hbsag. Especially if the sexual contact was with an unknown person or without condom. From your description it looks like you could be suffering from balanoposthitis or herpes genitalis. You will need detailed clinical examination. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
