I am having backpain frequently due to longer seating hours and other muscles pain occurs. Posture related issues can be the major problem

Yes, faulty postures are cause of tight and weak muscles. Sitting up erect with back support and computer at eye level is necessary Sitting for more than half an hour is a big NO, you need to get up from place stretch out and sit back. There are a whole lot of exercises you can do on your own at home to keep up with flexibility and strength
