Does she have any symptoms of UTI ? Does she have white discharge pv? Does she have leaking? Bleeding per vagina ? Or are there any on and off contractions lasting for few seconds? If she has symptoms of UTI or vaginal infection- that has to be treated . If she has any symptoms of cramps and delivery like pain then u need to visit hospital immediately And vaginal examination and uterine relaxants are needed to support pregnancy and to prevent abortion/ preterm delivery
