Dear sir/ mam, diclofenac potassium paracetamol & chlorzoxazone is safe pain reliver for kidney & other problem i am take this medicine 2 to 3 days one tablet is that safe for my health i am suffering from back pain problem from last 10 years all test reports & mri is normal please help can i take this medicine for sos thanks.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.
