Hi am getting back pain sometimes it fine and some time I can't move myself like very seviour pain in left side of back and hip as well.please suggest

Dear friend I think the pain is not in the center of your back........ If it's little left........ Than you might be having SI stiffness which is very common........ Don't worry visit a good physio.......
