I m doing gym for 2 months and last weak I got muscel strain in my back behind right shoulder . I don't go g for 1 weak it gives some relax but when I again started. The pain is still exist at same position. Give me some advice.

you might have strained your muscle..it is advisable to go for physiotherapy treatment and not to do exercise that is agravating your pain for some time..once the muscle heals you can start doing exercise with light resistance.
