Below neck (back side) is paining and also shoulder paining from a week .Bone below neck backside is swelling.

In my opinion u are suffering from cervical spondylosis u need to go under physiotherapy sessions along with few blood test like calcium vitamin d vitamin b12 and uric acid and thyroid profile... derangement of Dese tests may also cause such pains...hotfermentation is also needed.. get well soon take care
