Back pain
Back pain since 13yrs. Was in control by doing simple back bending exercises/asanas lying on stomach. Met many orthopaedic doctors in reputed hospitals . Got X-ray , ct scan done . MRI lumbar sacral spine reveals spondylytic changes with L5-S1 intervertebral diffuse disc bulge compressing thecal sac & causing mild narrowing of the neural foraminae. Also suffer from constipation inspite of very healthy diet full of fruits , vegetables chappatis . Sleep 2 hrs after dinner. I avoid maida in diet. Wt 68kg (presently 66kg). Ht 5'7". Presently back ache under control by exercising 45 mnts daily for 20dys a month approx. Nature of work such that have to sit 2-3 hrs in one stretch. Whenever I miss exercise for 2-3 days problem starts. Is there any other permanent treatment so that dependency on exercise can be done away with.

Regular exercises and good posture all the way to go for chronic low back pain and lumbar spondylosis. There is no medication which can match the effectiveness of these. You may try is a supplement available by the name of Al- Sody as it is supposed to help in disc degeneration.
