I fall down from office chair no injury at any body part just feeling punch like pain at back waist at little right centre point. Kindly suggest Reply waiting. ... Thank you

Its just a muscle pull. Go for warm water bag application locally for 15 minutes three times a day. Take Ibugesic tablet two times a day for 3 days.
