Hi I have pcos .from few days iam having severe lower back pain and right leg pain .is it due to pcos ?I feel this pain before also but this time it's severe.also I have got complete neck to lower back pain.iam worried if at all this pain is related to ovarian cancer or anything?also I have bilateral minimal plueral effusion I don't know if all these are interconnected. Does pcos cause lower back and leg pain and also back pain complete? Do I need to worry about ovarian cancer?age 27 had c sec 1 year back
