Back pain.and hip pain

I am 27 years old female,I have severe back pain and pain in my buttocks and the pain radiated down to the legs..whenever I sleep,I feel my whole back is shivering,..also when I touch my buttocks,deep inside I feel tissue stiffness...I have got an mri done which says,mild disc bulge near l4 n l5...I have taken ayurvedic treatment in kerala 2 months back,it found relief for sometime but as I started my routine life and activity the pain is aggravating,I feel good when I rest...also I have hypo thyroid and on eltroxin 50mcg,vit d deficiency so taking d rise,mild anemic so on liverogen...along with these medicines I am also continuing my ayurvedic medicines...I find no relief with anything...

All your current complaints clearly shows that you are having spondylolisthesis (disc bulging at the level of L4-L5) and that has lead to sciatica (compression of sciatic nerve).These are the reason for severe back pain and leg pain. Common causes are degenerative arthritis, trauma, some pathological disorders like paget's disease etc. You should avoid using soft mattress, forward bending, lifting heavy objects etc. Try to avoid gas producing food items. Mustadi marma kashayam with 10 drops of sahacharadi thailam 7 avarti, Abhayarishtam and punarnavasavum for three months, treatments like traction massage with hip bandage, kati vasti, panchatikata ksheera vasti will give better results.

First of all stop bending forward , as it will aggravat your complaints . Don't sleep on soft mattress as it will not support your backbone. And never lift heavy weight suddenly as sudden forceful movement will increase spasm. Ayurvedic Panchkarmas like katibasti and Shashtic shali pindswed along with basti could decrease ur pain by 60 to 80%. Along with that ayurvedic medicines and yogasanas will definately correct other complaints of you. Lifestyle changes should be continued.
