Back pain and feeling tired
I have back pain and lower stomach pain. Back pain is more in morning and stomach pain is not occurred much.. And also I feel tired after some doing work. Yesterday I have dysentery problem.

Hello, Sporolac sachet one two or as required.tab buscopan two times or as required after food for pain abdomen. Tab TRAMADOL PLUS TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS LIKE nimbupani mosambi juice butter milk. Light diet. One course of ciplox tz two times a day after food for three days. So it is not recurrent.avoid outside food. Ok.

I would require more information to give you a specific diagnosis, so i shan't comment on the back pain and stomach pain at present. I would advise you to meet your nearest ER and get evaluated for the back pain and tiredness as you may require further investigations. As for your loose stools, kindly do the following: - Drink ORS for the next 3 days, also drink liquids such as coconut water, lime juice. - Drink plenty of fluids, aim at drinking around 3-4 liters of water in the coming days - Avoid solid food as you may find it difficult to process, have a liquid diet with soups. If the loose stools increase to having more than 4 episodes in 1 hour, foul smelling stools, vomiting visit the nearest ER.
