I am 25 y male and I am a soccer player...
From past 3 years I get this calcaneous bone pain after playing for few mins...I changed boots...I took rest for 2 months ...
It comes back again when I play football for few mins...I use gel pads ...I do warmup and stretching but still ...no use...its not plantar or achilis.

constant heel pain is due to foot stiffness or flat foot , may be due to calcaneal osteoporosis , needs to be evaluated consult orthopedic surgeon
