Sir there is pain on my back bone close to my neck.i have used Rumalya (Himalaya brand) and given hot water foment. So what I will.my mom's age is 56.plz suggest

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Ask her to avoid forward bending of neck for long periods. She must do some neck exercises. And don't neglect it Consult an Orthopaedic Surgeon as early as possible
