Back bone pain near the anus
I have a back bone pain at the below anus point and has a swelling near it but no fluid or anything it makes me problem in walking not in stoop

Coccydynia is associated with pain and tenderness at the tip of the tailbone between the buttocks. The pain is often worsened by sitting. You are advised to use a well-padded seat when sitting and avoid long periods of sitting when possible. Ultrasound Treatment will help to cure this issue.

Hello there
Do you give a history of falling on your buttocks?or a hard impact in that region?
Do you have pain there when passing stools.
It is most likely to be Tailbone pain/coccydynia
It is a tricky pain and you have to do certain things and lifestyle changes for relief.
Next Steps
1)you can buy OTC pain medication for symptomatic relief.
2)Purchase a round ring pillow or use pillows of house and arrange them in triangular order and sit on it to relieve preassure.
3) do hot water formentation in that area.
4) while taking bath try sitting in warm bath tub for some time.
5)Avoid spicy food or food which makes u strain during passing u r stools.
these are basic remedies for coccydynia usually the pain settles down in 2-3 weeks with gradual decrease in symptoms...if it doesnt then 2nd line of treatment is recommended.
