Back and heel pain
I feel pain in back and lot of pain in heel  when I stand long or walk some distance and also feel that my thigh and leg is becoming week in strength.

You have to maintain a good posture for your back. Use soft sole shoes. Do free hand exercises. Don't ignore this problem. Immediately consult an Orthopaedic Surgeon
