Back ache since 15 days without relif
Back ache from 15 days and lower back ache extended to buttocks after sleeping. Not a very bad pain but feels as a pressure or strain if I sit in any posture. X-ray was normal have taken acilofinac and pain killer applied sporty gel no accident no fall
