Back Ache radiates to leg
Lower back pain which radiates down to right leg. L4_L5 disc buldge. Disc fluid got leaked. Is there any permanent solution for this?

Hello. Sorry to hear this. Unfortunately there is no permanent cure for disc herniation using medications. The only definitive treatment is surgery, where the disc is removed completely and the level is fused with spinal instrumentation. Best wishes.
