Your baby's weight gain is perfectly normal and healthy. Babies typically gain around 150 to 200 grams per week in the first 3 months, and your baby has gained around 900 grams in the past 5.5 weeks, which is on track.
Everything looks reassuring so far.
Next Steps
Continue breastfeeding on demand and monitor wet diapers (at least 6 per day) and activity levels.
Health Tips
Weight gain from day 6 to week 6 = 900 g
Average weekly gain = ~163 g/week
Normal Weight Gain Range (0–3 months):
Expected: 150–200 g/week

Hello
It is normal for babies to lose up to 10% of birth weight in the first 5–7 days after birth. This is due to fluid loss and adaptation outside the womb. Most babies regain their birth weight by 10–14 days of life.
After regaining birth weight, babies start gaining steadily:
0–3 months: ~25–30 grams/day
3–6 months: ~20–25 grams/day
Weight doubles by 5 months
Triples by 1 year
Next Steps
Not to worry if Baby is feeding well (8–12 times/day if breastfed), Passing urine ≥6–8 times/day, Appears active and content after feeding, Gaining weight as per trend
Continue exclusive Brest feeding till 6months
Vitamin D3 drops 400IU/ml, 1ml daily up to 1year
Immunise as per schedule
