Baby weight gain
My baby girl is 2 months 7 days old today.. Her birth weight is2. 8 kg... On September 9th she was 3.9 kg... Today on sept 24th she is 4.2kg...is her weight gain ok? As a breast feeding mother what fud should I include in my diet to make baby gain weight.. My family says not to eat leafy vegetables.. Is it so? Please advise

GREETINGS. your. BABY'S weight is absolutely normal . you better relax. so long baby is having feeds and sleeping well, you need not worry. You eat green vegetables. Eat every thing healthy. Green veg contains iron. breast milk is already deficient in iron. You should have enough of dal , nuts ,

Baby weight is ok nothing to worry. There is no restrictions to mother's food you should eat leafy vegetables and egg ,milk ,meat if you are a non vegetarian.

The baby is gaining weight, take lot of fruits, vegetables, fluids In the diet You can eat 5 times a day Continue iron and calcium supplements prescribed to you when you are pregnant till 6 months
