My baby is 4 months old , she weighs 5.6kg, since due to unavailability of our regular doctor, we had to take her to a nearby doctor during her last week cold, they suggested a different vitamin drops and we had given the below 2 for last 2 days now she is not feeding well. She has a cleft palate so doctor suggested these vitamins to prepare her for surgery

I don't think a vitamin drops can make her not feed well.It is even OK to stop this for a while.

I breastfed baby who was born at normal time only need VitaminD3 drops if weight gain is good. If exclusively formula fed, again as that is fortified no additional zinc containing vitamins is required in otherwise well child
