Baby Vaccination
First dose of DTP was painless one (DTaP). Is it ok to give second dose of DTP as painful one (DTwP) considering the long term effect and cost of the painless vaccine. What can be the possible side effects of the painful DTP vaccine in this case. Thanks in advance.

The IAP recommends only the painful one (dtwp) . DTaP , the so called painless vaccine gives less protection.
