Baby seems constipated

Hi. My baby girl 3 months old didn't poop for 3 days and after when she pooped it was thick than usual and in a very big quantity. Now again its been 3 days she hasn't poop. But she is passing gas more than often. Wanted to know if she needs any treatment. Is she having any problem?

If your baby is being breastfed only, then there is no need to worry. Breastfed Babies will pass stools infrequently, sometimes even after 4 to 6 days or sometimes 5 to 6 times in a day. Both of these wee normal patterns and there is no need to worry.
