Baby not passing motion after fever
Hi
My baby got fever due to throat infection. Doctor suggested us antibiotic(zifi 50ml dry syrup) and nobel plus. Baby dint go for motion from last two days and she is rejecting the food.. we gave woodwards gripe water 10ml but nothing happend. Pls suggest us how to make baby to pass motion and to make her eat normally.
Currently she dont have fever but on her fever medication and she has cold
