Baby milestone
My female baby was born prematurely at 31 weeks..its been 3 months since her date of birth..want to know when we can expect her to look at me and smile..when will she start recognizing parents and smiling...will milestones be on par with full term babies or will it take time?

Hi, as you mentioned baby is preterm it's normal to see delay in milestone, you will encounter normal milestone in baby 3 months later as compared to normal baby.
