Baby is passing lot of gas
My 2 months baby is passing lot of gas and its smelly. His stool is like adult stool and had a very little red stain in it. He is passing motion 2 or 3 days once. He is on mixed feeding. ( nan pro and breastfeeding) . Doc suggested protectics drops. I m worried after seeing red stain and smell. Please let me know if this is ok.

Please get physical examination done as there might be a possibility that after passing hard stools baby might got a tear near anus because of which blood stain came

Kindly investigate the stools , and confirm whether it is blood stain or not. Although gas and smelly potty is quite normal, blood in stools are never normal Please consult in person with a Pediatrician and proceed from there.
