Baby has cold and cough
Baby has cold and cough for past 3 days. We have been giving her phenylephrine hydrochloride and chlorpheniramine maleate drops(T-minic oral drops) 2.5ml. She is not taking food and she is restless because of the cold. She is not sleeping properly for past few days. What medicines should we give?
She is 1.4 years old.

You may need additional/alternative cough medicines along with bronchodilators and nasal drop .
Best would be to have a physical examination/ auscultation of chest at a Pediatric OPD and further management or atleast a detailed online consultation.
These are of viral etiology, hence doesn't usually requires antibiotics unless gets complicated.
Focus on feeding and Hydration and avoid cold dust smoke. Tc.
